All of our English activities will also be presented here. Even though we do not have any English activities at the moment, you are always welcome to contact us and ask more about the activities. We can also offer you guidance and support via phone and/or e-mail.
Day Care Centre
The Day Care Centre is aimed for persons with memory disorders. We offer groups for both elderly and for younger persons. Applications are handled by the local social services. You may also enquire at the Association the possibility of obtaining one of the limited numbers of self-financed short-term care places.
Group activities for people with memory disorder
We offer different kinds of activities that all support well-being and training of the brain in one way or another. We offer both braintraining groups as well ass well-being groups, nature groups, movement groups (also as individual training programme online). All of the activities encourage a safe and accepting place for everyone to be themselves regardless the diagnosis. As important is also the allowing of discussing the disorder amongst the people who truly understand what life with a memory disorder is like.
Support group for the loved ones
A memory disorder is a diagnosis that affects the whole family and the everyday living can be hard for the close ones of a person with memory disorder. We offer support groups for the loved ones, where the most important of all is a safe space to share your own feelings and thoughts. The groups often provide a lot of good tips and information regarding every day life and memory disorder.
